MANGO COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup fresh mango, diced
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
4-6 drops Elixir stevia liquid

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a large container. Mix well and close container. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours.
Divide into 2 bowls or glass dishes and serve.
